Keep the trend consistent for all multiple-choice options in a questionnaire:
(Good to Bad), (Low to High), (Poor to Excellent) is inconsistent.
(Bad to Good), (Low to High), (Poor to Excellent) is consistent.
We suggest moving from negative towards positive:
When reporting results you are likely to provide a summary table with frequency, mean (average) and standard deviation. The order suggested (negative to positive) provides an average score where a high result is desirable. Otherwise you are left to explain to clients why a "low" result is good!
Since E-valuate-IT automatically assigns a number value to each option, make the positive option the highest value by starting with the negative.
